This website is operated by SkyMap Drone Services LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By using it you agree to what is set out below.
This website is not a contract
Nothing on this site is a binding quote or an offer. Prices, turnaround times and availability are agreed in writing for each job. Descriptions of services here are general.
Aerial data, not land surveying
SkyMap captures and processes aerial imagery and data, including orthomosaics, point clouds, surface models and volume calculations. SkyMap is not a licensed land surveying firm and does not perform boundary surveys, set property corners, or issue sealed survey documents. Where a job requires a legal boundary determination or a sealed document, that work must be performed by a surveyor licensed in Texas. We are glad to work alongside yours.
Inspection findings
Inspection imagery and observations we provide document visible condition at the time of the flight. They are not engineering opinions, structural certifications, code determinations or insurance adjustments, and should not be relied on as such. Have a qualified engineer, contractor or adjuster make those calls.
Accuracy
Manufacturer accuracy figures quoted on this site describe the aircraft, not any particular deliverable. Achieved accuracy on a given job depends on flight planning, ground control, weather and site conditions. Where a job requires verified accuracy we will agree that requirement in advance and report what was achieved.
Flight operations
All flights are conducted in accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Administration regulations and any airspace authorizations required for the location. Some locations require prior authorization and some cannot be flown at all; where that affects a job we will tell you before booking. Weather and airspace conditions may require a flight to be rescheduled.
Imagery and use
Rights to imagery captured for a client are agreed as part of that job. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, SkyMap may display finished work in its own portfolio and marketing; tell us if you would rather we did not and we will not.
The text, layout, logo and design of this website belong to SkyMap Drone Services LLC or to those who licensed them to us. Please do not copy them without asking.
Using the site
Please do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorized access to this site, and do not use it to send anything unlawful or abusive.

Where we link to another organization we are not responsible for what is on their site.
No warranty, and limits on liability
This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate but do not warrant that everything on it is complete or error free at all times.
To the fullest extent the law allows, SkyMap Drone Services LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Liability in respect of work performed is governed by the agreement for that work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
