Aerial jobsite mapping
A georeferenced orthomosaic of the entire site, current as of the day we flew it. Measure areas, distances and stockpiles straight off the image.
Good for: preconstruction planning, coordination, marketing a project, settling a dispute about what was where.

Point clouds, textured meshes and digital surface models built from hundreds of overlapping frames. Rotate it, slice it, measure it.
Good for: design coordination, as-built comparison, showing an owner the site without flying them in.

Earthwork volumes between two surfaces — design against existing, or this month against last. Cut, fill and net, with a heat map of where it sits.
Good for: bid verification, pay applications, checking haul quantities, knowing when you are balanced.

Asset & roof inspections
48 MP tele cameras let us document a roof, a structure or a tower in detail from a safe standoff — nobody on a ladder, nobody on a harness.
Good for: storm damage, insurance documentation, condition surveys, hard-to-reach assets.
InspectionsDrone surveying
RTK-positioned capture over corridors, parcels and pads, processed into surfaces, contours and the deliverables your engineer asked for.
Good for: topographic data, corridor work, site planning, feeding your surveyor or civil engineer.

Good for: listings, facility tours, events, recruiting, anything that needs to look good.

That is genuinely the easier way to do it. Describe the site and what is worrying you, and we will tell you which of the above actually answers it — including when the answer is “you do not need a drone for that.”
One honest note about the word “surveying.” SkyMap captures and processes aerial survey data — orthomosaics, point clouds, surfaces and volumes. We are not a licensed land surveying firm, and we do not set boundaries or seal plats. Where a job needs a legal boundary or a sealed document, we work alongside your licensed surveyor and hand them data they can work from. Plenty of our clients use us for exactly that.
