The case for it
The safest ladder is the one nobody climbs.
Falls are one of the most common serious injuries in construction and property work, and a storm-damaged roof is exactly the surface nobody should be standing on.
A drone with a real tele lens gets closer, visually, than a person standing on the roof would — and it does it from thirty feet away in clear air. Every frame comes back stamped with a position, so a finding can be pointed at rather than described.
- Storm and hail damage documented while it is fresh, for the insurance file.
- Roof condition surveys on commercial buildings, warehouses and facilities.
- Structures, towers, tanks and stacks inspected without rigging or a lift.
- Solar arrays, gutters, flashing, HVAC curbs and anything else that lives up there.

What you get back
Evidence, organized.
A set of high-resolution stills, each one located, plus a written summary of what we found and where. Where it helps, an overview map of the roof or asset with the findings marked on it, so an adjuster or a contractor can go straight to the spot.
If you need the whole thing modelled — a full 3D of a structure rather than a set of photos — we can do that too. It is the same capture, processed further.
What we do not do. We document condition; we do not write engineering opinions, structural certifications or insurance adjustments. What we hand you is imagery and observations good enough for your engineer, adjuster or roofer to work from — and they are the ones who should be making the call.
